- NSN 3120-01-377-2678, Bearing. Plain, Spherical. This is firm-fixed Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO) solicited under FAR 13.5. The sources are Valley Todeco (06710), part-number 145PS700-5, New Hampshire Ball Bearings (15860), part-number 145PS700-5 and Rexnold Industries (57606) part-number 145PS700-5. The item is solicited as Unrestricted. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. FOB Destination. Required delivery is 133 days after receipt of order. Critical Application Item applies. The IDPO contains a 3-year base plus one 2-year option period. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 1284 each for the base and option period. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is July 10, 2013.
