- This Solicitation will contain NSN 5865-01-209-6263, in according with Basic Drawing NR 80063 SM-A-9515191 Revision NR E DTD 04/27/2005; Source Assembly. This Request for Proposal (RFP) SPE4A6-13-R-1353, 48260030 will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Other Than Full and Open procedures applies; Critical Application, Configuration Control, Critical Safety Application, Product Verification Testing applies. Purchase Request Quantity 46 EA; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, FOB Destination. Government's required delivery is 161 DARO. Formal cost and pricing data and Subcontracting Plan are not required. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold has not been met. Progress Payments are not included as conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) has not been met. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation Issue Date is July31, 2013. The Solicitation closing date is September 2, 2013.
