- Damage Survey Report- Floyd Bennett Field Bidder's Qualifications Form Synopsis - NY ERFO GATE JABA 2013-1(3) IFB Solicitation - NY ERFO GATE JABA 2013-1(3) FP03_Eng Damage Survey Report- West Point Trail FP03 Errata Plans- NY ERFO GATE JABA 2013-1(3) Damage Survey Report- Frank Charles Park Trail Damage Survey Report- Battery Harris Trail VETS 100A Form Sealed bids from all business concerns will be accepted for the Gateway National Recreation Area Project NY ERFO GATE JABA 2013-1(3), Solicitation Number DTFH71-13-B-00025, located in Kings and Queens Counties, NY. The project consists of repairing 4 storm damaged marina sites within the Jamaica Bay Unit of the Gateway National Recreation Area. The work includes embankment construction, reconstructing asphalt pavement, reconstruction of partially breached section of trail, grading and spot repair of trail, repairing seawalls, piles, and other miscellaneous work. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $500,000 to $1,000,000. Bid documents should be issued on or about July 9, 2013. Bid due date and location will be specified on the SF 1442, Block 13a of the Solicitation. Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division is issuing a combination of the synopsis and solicitation, the bid due date will be reduced based upon this. All bid documents can be directly downloaded from these websites. Documents will no longer be mailed. If firms do not register as an interested vendor at the Federal Business Opportunities website, there will be no Plan Holders List. Annual Representations and Certifications FAR 52.204-8 (Jun 2013). The Representations and Certifications must be filled-in online at http://sam.gov/. The required Annual Form Vets-100 must also be filled-in online at https://vets100.dol.gov per FAR 52.222-37. PLEASE NOTE For security reasons, individuals requiring access to the EFLHD must present a valid photo ID and be escorted to their destination by a Government employee. Due to new security provisions, all visitors attending bid openings are urged to arrive at least 1 hour prior to the scheduled bid opening. All visitors must register with the receptionist in Room 100. A Government employee will collect the bids. Prior to bid opening, a Government employee will escort all bidders to the bid opening. Unescorted visitors will be denied entry and no exceptions will be made.
