- Description
- The NASA/SSC Office of Procurement intends to issue a Request for Proposal for the following service(s) to be performed at the John C. Stennis Space Center, Mississippi: Administrative Clerical Support Services. The work to be performed under this requirement is Administrative/Clerical Support Services which includes: (1) General Office Services (Telephone Services, Appointment and Schedule Services, Visitor Services, Meeting Services, Telecommunication Services, and Scheduling Conference Rooms, Information Dissemination, Ordering Supplies, Copying/Faxing/Graphics/Photo Services/Mailing (Federal Express), Records Management); (2) Data Management Services (Desktop Processing, Travel Coordination, Correspondence Tracking); (3) Time and Labor Collection; (4) Property Coordination; (5) Move Coordination; (6) Training Coordination; (7) Information Services Coordination; (8) Special Events Coordination; and (9) Miscellaneous Activities. Work will be performed at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi. The government intends to issue subject Request for Proposal (RFP) under Commercial Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 15 and any resulting award will be made in the form of a five (5) year (1 year base plus 4 one year options), Firm Fixed Price (FFP)contract. It is anticipated that only one award will be made for this requirement. The anticipated issue date of subject RFP is on or about July 23, 2013 with an anticipated proposal due date of August 23, 2013. A firm date for receipt of proposals will be stated in the RFP. It is anticipated that this action will be issued as 8(a) competitive set-aside. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 561110 and $7 million respectively. All responsible 8(a) sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO-C9. FOB is Destination. The solicitation and any related documents will only be issued electronically.They may be accessed and downloaded at the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) Business Opportunities website @ http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/nais/link_syp.cgi or at the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website @ http://www.fbo.gov. Offerors unable to access the solicitation at this address may contact the Contract Specialist for assistance.
