- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a new contract on a other than full and open competitive basis to Robertson Fuel Systems, 800 West Carver Road, Tempe, Arizona, 85284. Robertson is the original equipment manufacturer of the Tactical Bulk Fuel Delivery System on the United States Navy H-53 Heavy-Lift Helicopter. This effort includes, but is not limited to, providing nonrecurring engineering and no more than two supplemental hardware kits for the H-53K Helicopter. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirements. Robertson is the only known source with the engineering and technical data required to perform this effort. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only.
