- The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the HQs, 3-104 BN (CM), 3rd BDE (CM), 102nd DIV (MS). The HQ, 4-80 BN (CM), 3rd BDE (CM), 102nd DIV (MS) Event Package is for sleeping rooms. The hotel location shall be within a 10-mile radius of 9700 Tank Trail Rd, JBLM, WA 98433. The period of performance is 01 October 2013 through 30 September 2018, this is a one year base plus four one year options. This requirement 100% small business set-aside. This synopsis is provided for informational purposes and is not considered a request for quote. The solicitation will be posted on or about 9 JULY 2013. The required response date will be stated in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. Please be advised that hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available; you must download solicitation documents from the FBO. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code, and register in the System for Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ in order to transact business with the government. Failure to obtain a DUNS number, a CAGE code and register in the SAM may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror.
