- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Region, intends to issue a Commercial Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Vendor Managed Inventory supply of minor electrical and mechanical parts for the Flatiron Maintenance Crew in the O&M Maintenance Shop located at 11056 W. CR 18E in Loveland CO. The acquisition will be issued as an IDIQ with a base and two (2) option years, unrestricted business size. The simplified acquisition will be issued as a Best Value, Request for Quote (RFQ) on or about July 15, 2013. The RFQ will be issued via the Federal Business Opportunity (FEDBIZOPS) web page at www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the specification and solicitation will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor the FEDBIZOPS web page for RFQ release and all subsequent amendments. FEDBIZOPS also contains an optional automatic notification service. The product service code is S215 and the NAICS code is 561990. The vendor selected for award MUST register in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ and receive payment via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as a condition of the contract. Registration in SAM requires a valid Dun & Bradstreet number. Vendors that had an active record in CCR still have an active record in SAM. All quotes must be received through email or Fax (406) 247-7806, by the Contract Specialist no later than August 8th, 2013, at 1:00 P.M. MST.
