DESCRIPTION OF LADDER MODIFICATIONS CLAUSES 252.209-7998 AND 7999 This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation H92240-13-T-DR24 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and this is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek/Ft Story, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The associated NAICS code is 332999 and the Small Business Size Standard is 750. This solicitation is unrestricted. CLIN 0001 - Telesteps 1205 Black Telescoping Ladder w/ modification Modification includes: reducing the ladder overall by half, adding interface features to ensure the halves are stackable, and reducing the ladder width by 3.5" Qty - 24 each CLIN 0002 - 35' Tactical Caving Ladders - qty 54 each This request for quote is for a base plus 1 option period to purchase additional ladders for future use. Option quantities as follows: CLIN 1001 Telescoping Ladder 12 each CLIN 1002 35' Tactical Caving Ladder 25 each Requested dates for option period will be determined. Vendor pricing should reflect estimated future unit prices for option requests. Only written inquiries regarding this solicitation will be addressed.
