- Relevant Experience Questionnaire Solicitation (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii). This notice is considered to be Solicitation LCOSI13Q0046 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal(RFP). (iii) This solicitation incorporates those provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66. (iv) This requirement is being issued as a full and open requirement. NAICS code 518210 is applicable. The small business size standard for this code is: $30.0 Million. (v) See Section B of the attached Solicitation for a list of the Contract Line Item Number(s) and Items. (vi) See Section C of the attached Solicitation for a Description of Requirements for the items to be acquired. (vii) See Section F of the attached Solicitation for Period of Performance and Delivery Information (viii) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items [and if applicable, any addenda] applies to this acquisition. (ix) See Section M of the attached Solicitation for Evaluation Criteria (x) Responses should include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. (xi) Any resulting contract will include FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (xii) Any resulting contract will include FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. The following clauses within this clause are applicable: See the attached version of the solicitation (xiii) Additional Clauses and Provisions are identified in the attached version of the solicitation (xiv) Inapplicable (xv) Offers are due by 07/17/2013 at 5:00pm EST by e-mail, and must be accompanied with a completed version of the solicitation attached to this synopsis/solicitation.
