- DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure a Dust Control Booth for the Fleet Readiness Center Southeast. The solicitation will result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion required in 180 days ARO. Request for Proposal SPM4A8-13-R-0053 is set aside for small business concerns with a competitive data package. A complete technical data package DLA-A-VIBB 12-20-1211 including all design, fabrication, supplies, labor, accessories, installation, and training requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB will be at Destination with inspection and acceptance at Destination The solicitation is anticipated to issue on 07/29/2013 and close on 08/29/2013. **A site visit is scheduled for 08/15/2013. C ontact Carol Brooks no less than seven (7) business days before scheduled date of site visit to obtain authorization to enter the facility. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com If the solicitation cannot be found on DIBBS after the issue date contact the buyer for an electronic copy. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA.
