- End Item Application: EMTS (V) 2 - NSN: 5895-01-440-3391. The solicitation will contain one NSN for a Detector, Radio Frequency. This solicitation and the proposed award will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. This is a 3Q item; the approved source of supply is Agilent Technologies Inc., CAGE - 1LQK8, part number 85037A. The requirement will be solicited as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. This is a critical application item. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base and Option Year EAQ: 25 each, the Max Contract Quantity is 125 each. The requested delivery is: 105 Days ARO; FOB: Destination - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about July 24, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
