- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTIFICATION - v2 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, is seeking sources for the purchase of the following Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) items: 1.Scott SCBA carbon fiber cylinders, 30 minute duration. Quantity of 8. Attributes: 30 minute duration capacity. 4,500 PSIG. Weight 9.4 pounds. Part number 804721-01. Cylinder is constructed with an aluminum alloy inner-shell. Cylinder is overwrapped entirely with carbon-fiber, fiberglass and epoxy resin. Cylinder liner is coated with aluminum oxide to protect against moisture and corrosion. Must be compatible with Scott Air-Pak 75 SCBA. Must include valve assembly p/n: 200128-01. Must meet or exceed current edition of all applicable NFPA standards. 2.Scott SCBA carbon fiber cylinders, 15 minute duration. Quantity of 2. Attributes: 15 minute duration capacity. 4,500 PSIG. Part number 200779-01. Cylinder is constructed with an aluminum alloy inner-shell. Cylinder is overwrapped entirely with carbon-fiber, fiberglass and epoxy resin. Cylinder liner is coated with aluminum oxide to protect against moisture and corrosion. Must be compatible with Scott Air-Pak SCBA. Must be compatible with Scott SKA p/n: SAR 3240600312011. Must include valve assembly p/n: 200128-01. Must meet or exceed current edition of all applicable NFPA standards. 3.Scott SKA-PAK Plus air respirator. Quantity of 2. Part number SAR 324060311011 Includes: Entry/Egress pak, 15 minute duration capacity. 4,500 PSIG carbon cylinder; nylon harness; E-Z Flo regulator; Schrader air line, individualized hard carrying case. Face piece not included in purchase, but must be compatible with Scott AV-3000 face pieces that are currently in service. Must meet or exceed current edition of all applicable NFPA standards.
