- SUMMARY A DRAFT request for proposal (RFP) for this acquisition is available for review. Interested concerns may download a copy of the draft RFP by following the appropriate links on this announcement. Please note that the terms of this draft RFP are subject to change, and as a result, proposals should not be submitted against this draft RFP. At this time, there is no date set for a proposal submission deadline; a deadline date will only be set once the final RFP has been posted. RELEASE OF SOLICITATION The Government intends to issue a final RFP no earlier than 15 July 2013. Proposals will be due 30 calendar days following release of the final RFP. The Government will only consider proposals offered from responsible small businesses. The Government will set aside the entire requirement for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541611 Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, which has a size standard of $14,000,000 in annual receipts. Concerns with annual receipts less than or equal to $14,000,000 will be considered small businesses for this acquisition. The Government intends to award no more than 1 firm fixed priced, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a term of 36 months using the procedures of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items.
