- Description
- This is a pre-solicitation notice for the sealed-bid (IFB) construction acquisition for Repair HVAC System Bldg. 135 at Cannon AFB, New Mexico. Type of resultant contract is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Solicitation number FA4855-13-B-0005 is being issued as a Sealed Bid solicitation. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-41. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or after 24 July 2013. Receipt of bids and award of contract is expected to be made on or after 25 August 2013. The period of performance for this award will be one hundred twenty (120) days. The closing date and time for submission of offers as well as the date and time for pre-proposal conference will be contained in the solicitation package. This solicitation will be made available on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) government point of entry (GPE) web site at http://www.fbo.gov at that time. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Potential offerors MUST register at http://www.fbo.gov in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. Contractor MUST be registered in the SAM database or his/her proposal will not be considered. Further information on SAM is available at web site http://www.sam.gov. All contractors shall complete ORCA registration http://orca.sam.gov. This acquisition has been set aside 100% for SBA Certified Small Business firms, all others will be deemed non responsive. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $14.0 Million. NO PARTIAL PROPOSALS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE. Please acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation in proposals. Direct all questions to Mr. Roger Wygant via email at roger.wygant@cannon.af.mil.
