Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment, supplies and facilities necessary to plan, design, procure, install, integrate, and maintain a CCTV system that provides complete video coverage of the entrances and hallways associated with 311th Signal Command (T) assets in Building 520. The contractor will ensure that the system is installed in a manner that meets or exceeds the physical security requirements requested by the Government Representative and that the system's associated cameras are capable of facial recognition in both daytime and nighttime environments. Additionally, the contractor will test the equipment once the installation is complete to ensure that not only each component of the new CCTV system but the system, as a whole, is properly functioning. Finally, the contractor will demonstrate operating, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures with the new CCTV system and will provide two training classes on the system for the administrators and G2 staff members.
