- Description
- On behalf of the Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) Fund, the Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) is seeking a contractor to procure and implement a secure, robust, and scalable awards management information system (AMIS). AMIS shall be a web-based, commercially-available off-the-shelf (COTS), government off-the-shelf (GOTS), or single software architecture enterprise application software (e.g., customer relationship management (CRM) software, business process management (BPM) software, enterprise content management (ECM) software, etc.) product, hereafter referred to as AMIS, that can be configured to meet the CDFI Fund's awards management requirements. The AMIS system shall support the CDFI Fund's certification and award programs through all phases of the programs' life cycle, including pre-award, award, and post-award phases. AMIS shall provide reliable access to certification and program data, including seamless integration with historical applicant, award, and compliance data. The contract will be up to a 24-month base period with eight one-year option periods. An industry day for this acquisition is tentatively scheduled for the second week of August, 2013. The Government will consider proposals from all responsible sources. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list.
