- ****ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION related to this acquisition should be directed to DLA-AHA; Laura Stewart, Contract Specialist email: Laura.Stewart@dla.mil PRON: AX3Q0393AX, NSN: 1560-01-528-9575, Part Number: 406-030-246-105A, Nomenclature: FUSELAGE SECTION; Quantity: 10 each applicable to the BX (OH-58) Weapon System. Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 10 each due 360 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX 78419-5255. This item is restricted to: Bell Helicopter Textron Inc. Cage Code: 97499. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
