- In Reply Refer To: 608/VA 241-11-RP-0485 Notice of Contract Award The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, New Hampshire, has accepted Concord Hospitals offer to provide Acute Care, Outpatient and Hospitalist Services for the VA Medical Center. This award is for a Base Year starting 07/01/2013 award through 06/30/2014 and the resultant contract will have four (4) one (1) year options. Prices are set forth in the Prices/Costs Schedule included in the enclosed contract at a rate below the Medicare allowable rates. Service is to be performed in accordance with the specifications. Option years will be exercised, in writing, at least 60 days prior to the end of the option year period. Exercise of an option year is subject to availability of funds, vendor performance, and continuing Government need for the service. This contract has been assigned Contract Number VA241-13-D-0057.
