- Description
- This requirement will be 100% set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 541330. This requirement is for the supply of personnel, equipment, supplies and facilities to perform compliance inspections, general inspections, mechanical integrity tests (MITs), background inspections and field inspections. Inspection activities require field observations and documentation, photo documentation, file reviews including retaining copies of files and collecting other relevant information, documenting releases to the environment, waste management practices, fluids management and injection systems, including but not limited to injection wells subject to the Safe Drinkning Water Act (SDWA) Underground Injection Control (UIC) program. The work will be performed primarily in the sub-arctic Cook Inlet region and the arctic North Slope of Alaska. EPA anticipates issuing an Indefinite Quantity contract with fixed unit prices consisting of a one-year Base Period and four, one-year Option Periods. Estimated dollar value for this procurement is between $600K - $1.1M. The Invitation for Bid is anticipated to be posted in early to mid August, 2013. FAR Part 14 Sealed Bidding is the procurement method being utilized for this acquisition.
