Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, TDAT Contracting Office, seeks quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Sex Offender Treatment services and in some cases transportation, within a fifteen (15) mile radius of United States Post Office located at 2720 Fenkell Street, Detroit Michigan 48238. Site location should be within ¼ mile of public transportation/bus stop. The Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on December 1, 2013 - November 30, 2014, with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on November 30, 2018. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two (Option year Two is a leap year), Option Year Three, and Option Year Four. The solicitation will be available on or after July 23, 2013 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about August 23, 2013. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm fixed-price contract. All responsible small business concerns may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency.
