- Draft Performance Work Statement THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought notice is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force (USAF) to identify potential sources and to make a determination if this effort can be competitive or a Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 561210. This code has a corresponding Size Standard of up to $35.5 million dollars. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in only Small Businesses. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Additionally, please provide any anticipated teaming arrangements, along with a description of similar services offered to the Government and to commercial customers for the past three years. Any responses involving teaming agreements should delineate between the work that will be accomplished by the prime and the work accomplished by the teaming partners. This Sources Sought is to notify companies that the USAF is seeking sources for the support services relating to Base Supply and Munitions. The Base Supply and Munitions Services contract is being established to provide for supply, equipment and munitions accounts services in support of base customers. The Contractor shall requisition, receive, inspect, store, issue, deliver, ship, transfer, and dispose of supplies, equipment and munitions assets to support customers on Tinker Air Force Base (AFB), to include tenant units and transient customers. Government provided property and equipment necessary to perform the contract are listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), (see attached draft PWS). The Contractor shall be capable of furnishing all required labor, material, facilities and equipment to accomplish work described. The Contractor shall provide material and equipment listed in the PWS. Primary POC for Technical questions regarding this Sources Sought are: 72LRS.LGRF.Tech.Orde@tinker.af.mil.
