- This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to Total Resource Management, Inc., 510 King Street, Suite 200, Alexandria, VA 22314-3132 for TRM Rules Management Annual Support. The National Park Service PFMD requires annual support renewal of TRM Rules Manager software maintenance and technical support. The proposed contractor is the only known source capable of meeting the Government's requirement by providing software maintenance and technical support for the TRM Rules Manager software. Total Resource Management is the manufacturer of the TRM Rules Manager software. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. Submit written responses to thomas_w_griffin@contractor.nps.gov prior to the closing date and time of this announcement. The capability statement shall be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. The Government will make that determination based upon the responses to this notice.
