Period of performance will be 19 July 2013 - 18 December 2013 Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13. The solicitation will be posted on ASFI/FBO and the U.S. Embassy - Bogota contracting website on or before 9 July 2013.
