Telephone Operator systems expert knowledge with Military Treatment facility with equivalent to WRNMMC customer size 30 points 2) Ability to use existing and current telecom equipment that will allow seamless Interoperability of all connectivity with the MTF such as PRI and Point to Point Connectivity 20 points 3) Past Performance showing Satisfactory or better rating of customer satisfaction within the last three years of similar conditions of operations 25 points 4) past experience in providing telecommunication services to government and military installations within the last 5 years 15 points II Price: 80 points Firm fixed/flat rate that will cover the MTF requirements and comply with its standards for a one year services October 1, 2013-September 30, 2014
