- This modification extends the response date on the draft RFQ to 22 July 13. ***************************************** This modification changes the response date for the draft RFQ comments to 8 July 2013. ***************************************** The Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) is anticipating release of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) at Edwards (Concrete Recycling) Air Force Base (AFB), California. The Draft RFQ is available at the government's Federal Business Opportunities website, www.fbo.gov. An Industry Day that will include a tour of the site will be conducted on 26 June 2013 at the Base Conference Center. The purpose of the forum is to provide pertinent information on the project. To register for the Industry Day please visit http://www.afcec.af.mil/eul/index.asp Persons interested can register to attend by emailing their first and last name, driver's license number and the state that issued it, birth date and name of company to AirForceEUL@afeul.com. You will receive a confirmation email with additional details on the Industry Forum. Registration must be completed by June 24, 2013. The Final RFQ will be posted to www.fbo.gov website following the Industry Forum. Any and all components and terms of the Draft RFQ are subject to changes in the Final RFQ.
