U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Minnesota City: St. Paul, Mendota Heights, West St. Paul, South St. Paul, Inner Grove Heights, Eagan, Maplewood, Oakdale Delineated Area: North: Highway 36 South: Cliff Road East: Radio Drive and the Mississippi River West: Highway 13 and the Mississippi River Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,401 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,521 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 1 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered location must have ability to accommodate parking and/or turnaround of large semi-trucks and trailers. Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, ABOA square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative. In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, provide written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission. Second floor or higher space is preferred, but not required. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
