Proposals are being requested and shall only be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). Hall Jr, Contracting Specialist, william.hall6@va.gov The purpose of the site visit is to provide MATOC holders with information on an opportunity to visit the site of the project for which proposals shall be solicited. Project specifications and drawings shall be incorporated into the TOPR which shall be posted electronically through FedBizOpps. Interested firms are encouraged to register via www.fbo.gov in order to view the formal solicitation when it is released.
