- Attendance Sheet The pre-proposal site visit was held on 7/08/2013. Contractors in attendance are listed in Exhibit 1. The following questions were raised during the visit. The Government's answer follows in italics. 1. Do we need to bring our own equipment to Ropers to load planks? YES. 2. Do the planks have lifting eyes/brackets or will we have to use slings/forklift? EITHER SLINGS OR FORKLIFT. (They have ‘stickers' between them now and could be loaded with a forklift.) 3. Do we have to supply the galvanized cable clamps to connect them or are they FS furnished? THESE ARE CONTRACTOR SUPPLIED. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
