- The Coast Guard's Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) is considering whether or not to set-aside an acquisition for 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB or Small Business firms. There is no geographical restriction for this requirement. Performance will take place at the vessel's homeport in Honolulu, HI. Period of Performance will be 1/7/14 - 3/4/14. The requirement will result in award of a single firm fixed price ship repair contract. The current list of work items is as follows: Tanks (MP Fuel Stowage and Overflow), Clean and Inspect Tanks (MP Fuel Service), Clean and Inspect Tanks (Potable Water), Clean and Inspect Tanks (Ballast), Clean and Inspect Hydraulic Chain Stoppers, Overhaul Boat Boom, Level 2 Inspect and Repair Single Point Davit - RHIB, Level 2 Inspect and Repair Tanks (Potable Water), Preserve "100%" Temporary Services, Provide Scuttles, Upgrade Deck Covering (Wet/Dry), Seal Deck Covering (Interior Wet/Dry), Renew Piping Insulation, Renew Fuel Oil Tank TLI Striker Plate, Renew AC Foundation Resilient Mounts, Renew AMR Deck and AC Plant Foundation, Repair Exhaust Stack Plating, Renew Ventilation Systems, Overhaul Gooseneck Vent Pipe, Renew HVAC Fan Coil Unit, Renew Stack and Uptake Space Safety Improvements Vent Ducts (All Other), Commercial Cleaning Buoy Cargo Hold Deck, Preserve 100% Main Mast, Preserve, 100% Watertight Doors, Renew Mushroom Vents, Renew Rails Handrails and Stanchions, Renew Bilges (Machinery Space) - AMR, Preserve SORS Cargo Hatch Coaming, Renew Fan Room Deck Plating, Renew Lube Oil Main Deck Riser Piping Isolation Valve, Install Miscellaneous Space Drain Piping, Repair The NAICS code for this requirement is 336611 and the associated size standard is 1,000 employees on an annualized basis.
