- Military Sealift Command (MSC) Ship Support Unit (SSU) San Diego has a requirement for the annual servicing of inflatable life rafts by USCG certified and Life Raft Manufacturer certified contractor for Elliot life rafts. Contractor is required to provide labor, materials, tools and transportation to accomplish the work. MSC will provide riggers and cranes to remove, offload and load life raft aboard the ship. Performance location is Naval Station Bremerton, WA. Performance period is anticipated to start on/about 15 July and end 26 July 2013. The anticipated issue date for this solicitation is 9 July 2013. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. Direct any question regarding base and/or ship access to the Port Engineer, Fred Soriano by emailing alfredo.soriano@navy.mil.
