- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; any responsible source may submit an offer. A separate written solicitation M67400-13-T-0079 will be issued as a Request for Quotation on or after 26 June 2013. In accordance with FAR Subpart 5.202(12). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32 and Defense Acquisition Circular DCN 20090115. DPAS Rating is DO-C9E. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 423440. The Government intends on issuing a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the offeror that represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) to the government. The government is willing to accept BRAND NAME/or EQUAL items for all CLINs. Required Items and Descriptions are as follows: Item 0001: Colorpoint Beverage Table, 96" (2 ea). (Brand Name/Equal) Item 0002: Champion Dishwasher, Door-type(1 ea). (Brand Name/Equal) Item 0003: Hobart Disposer, Model #FD3/200-1 (1 ea) (Brand Name/Equal) Item 0004: Hobart Disposer, Model #FD500-9 (1 ea) (Brand Name/Equal) Item 0005: Groen Kettle, Tilting (1 ea) (Brand Name/Equal) Item 0006: True Food Refrigerator, Reach-In, 3-sections (1 ea) (Brand Name/Equal) Item 0007: True Food Ice Cream Dipping Cabinet (7 ea) (Brand Name/Equal) Item 0008: Hobart Dishwasher, Flight-type(1 ea). (Brand Name/Equal) Item 0009: Installation & testing for CLINs 0002, 0005, & 0008. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the SAM in accordance with DFARS unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal. Solicitation will be available on or after 26 June 2013. The solicitation when it is released it will be available electronically at the following websites https://www.neco.navy.mil and or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ under solicitation M67400-13-T-0079. The solicitation also will be e-mailed upon a written request to the Point of Contact listed. Offers can be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to the Contracting Office, U.S. Marine Corps RCO, MCB CMP S.D. BUTLER, PSC 557 BOX 2000, FPO, AP 96379-2000. Offers must be received no later than 16:00, Japanese Standard Time of solicitation closing date.
