- SYNOPSIS The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), Theater Contracting Center- Unit 23156, APO, AE 09227-3156, intends to procure an Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract(s) with mixed Fixed Unit Price and Time and Materials Price CLINs for Preventive maintenance and repair of food service equipment at Government Operated facilities in nine USAREUR locations. These services include necessary management, supervision, personnel, tools, parts, materials, service vehicles, general and specialized test/analysis equipment, electronic communication and reporting necessary to perform preventive maintenance and on-call repairs on equipment as listed on the inventory/density list. This does not include buying any new equipment. The contractor shall have adequate maintenance and repair facilities to allow repairs to be carried out on several items of equipment and at varying locations simultaneously that are associated with this requirement. Specific areas are as follows: Area 1 for services in Wiesbaden, Schweinfurt, Stuttgart, and Garmisch; and Area 2 will cover Ansbach, Bamberg, Hohenfels, Grafenwoehr, and Vilseck. The intended contract(s) will have one (1) year period of performance, with two (2) one (1) year options. Evaluation and award of a contract(s) will be made by each area. An offeror need not provide an offer for each area. Multiple awards are anticipated for this requirement. The acquisition will be solicited under full and open competition. A solicitation will be posted to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) and Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOps), on or about 22 July 2013.
