- DRAFT PWS Sources Sought Document This notification is a sources sought for the United States Coast Guard requirement for the installation and use of a Selective & Indicated Prevention Education (SIPE) software application(s). There is an immediate and urgent need for an intervention for those members whose alcohol related issues has yet to elevate to a diagnosable condition e.g. dependency but whose severity has come to (personal) or commands attention. Scope of the project includes system design, implementation at the Coast Guard Operations Support Center, Martinsburg WV, and support services for the software. Software will be accessed through Coast Guard IHiS portal. Please see the attached documents for more information. Responses are requested back by 5:00 PM ET on July 12, 2013.
