- SCA Wage Determination WD 05 HSBP1013Q0127 Attachment 2 - Price Quote Miami ARB SOW Miami OAM Janitorial & Grounds Maint RFQ U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to solicit offers in response to Request for Quotations (RFQ) HSBP1013Q0127 for janitorial and custodial services and grounds maintenance for the Miami Air and Marine Branch, Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL. This requirement will be procured as a total small business set aside. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work and request for quotations. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720. The Small Business size standard is $16.5 million.
