- : ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Joan Detchemendy, Contract Specialist, email: joan.r.detchemendy.civ@mail.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX3F0252AX; NOUN: Cover, Access, Aircra; NSN: 1560-01-589-7317; P/N: 70210-05001-125; Minimum Base Quantity: 25 each with 25 each for each option for a total maximum quantity of 125 each; 5 year Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Basic + 4 Options type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA.. Required delivery with Contractor Tested First Article Requirement is 25 each 263 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 25 each year until contract completion. First Article Test Report is due 163 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Test is 25 each 175 DACA and 25 each year until contract completion. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The Government has the rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. WARNING: THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, USC., APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. VIOLATIONS OF THESE EXPORT LAWS ARE SUBJECT TO SEVERE CRIMINAL PENALTIES. AMCOM DOES NOT PROVIDE THE APPROPRIATE SOFTWARE TO VIEW THESE FILES OR TO UTILIZE THEM IN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS.
