- This Request for Quote (RFQ), N00104-13-Q-Q499, is for BRAND NAME Liferay Portal Enterprise Edition software and software maintenance for Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) located at 1100 Balch Blvd. in Stennis Space Center, MS. See Table One below for details. Acquisition Strategy: 1)NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mechanicsburg is procuring this requirement in accordance with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. OPEN MARKET quotes are being solicited. Quotes against GSA, ITES or other pre-existing contractual vehicles are NOT acceptable. To compete, vendors MUST be AUTHORIZED SELLERS/RESELLERS of Liferay. 2)This requirement is being solicited on an Unrestricted, Firm Fixed Price, BRAND NAME basis for Liferay Portal Enterprise Edition software and software maintenance. Substitutions will not be considered. See Brand Name Justification and Approval. Maintenance will be provided by Liferay. ALL SUPPORT SHALL BE PROVIDED BY U.S. BASED PERSONNEL. ALL PERSONNEL SHALL BE U.S. CITIZENS. Third Party maintenance is NOT acceptable. 3)The NAICS associated with this purchase is 511210. 4)Evaluation will be based upon the technically acceptable lowest priced quote. A firm-fixed price order, if any, will be awarded to the responsible contractor who provides the lowest price, technically acceptable quotation that conforms to the solicitation. Acquisition Timeline: 1)RFQ Release Date:June 26, 2013 2)RFQ Close Date:June 2, 2013 at 5pm EST 3)Anticipated Award Date:July 18, 2013 Instructions for Submission of Quotations: 1)Vendors must be registered in U.S. Federal government s System for Award Management (SAM). 2)Vendors shall submit the following: Business name, CAGE, POC information, 3)Offerors should provide Remit to address, if applicable, their DUNS and Tax identification number (TIN).Vendors shall quote ALL items to be considered for award. 4)QUOTES SHALL BE VALID FOR 90 DAYS. 5)Quotes shall be emailed to NAVSUP WSS at Brittany.Schofield@navy.mil All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration.
