- This is the synopsis of the NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support requirement for the establishment of a multi-year Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract for the ALQ-126B Countermeasures System used in support of the F/A-18 A-D and AV-8B Aircrafts. The scope of this effort will encompass the repair, modification, overhaul, replacement of hardware, including manufacturing of new material, as well as storage, transportation, requisition processing, obsolescence management and availability improvement. The Original Equipment Manufacturer, BAE Systems in Nashua, NH, is the only known source to possess full manufacturing and repair capability. Complete data, drawings, and the rights to the drawings are required to support performance on this type of contract and are not available from the Government. February 2015 is the estimated award date of this resultant five (5) year requirements contract.
