- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice, and no other solicitation will be issued. Solicitation Number M6890913Q7634 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is set-aside for small business. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-67 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement Change Notice 20130621. NAICS Code 334118 applies. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to procure following items for Niksun Puma Serial Number A6659092010 and A6660082010. Item 0001: 1 Year Software Upgrades & Standard Maintenance Package (Warranty & Helpdesk) for Puma 208E Portable Series 1.9TB, Part Number: NKN-PU13SMDX52D4CF2PRI1Y (2 each); Item 0002: 1 Year Software Upgrades & Maintenance Package (Warranty & Helpdesk) for Net Reporter Software License for NetVCR, 76+ Licenses, Part Number: NKN-13NZSP35P (2 each); and Item 0003: 1 Year Software Upgrades & Maintenance Package (Warranty & Helpdesk) for NetXperts Software License, 76+ Licenses, Part Number: NKN-13NZSP31P (2 each). Delivery shall be FOB Destination to Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Bldg. 31345, Camp Pendleton, CA 92055-5171. Inspection and acceptance shall be made at destination. The following FAR and DFARS provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition FAR 52.212-1, FAR 52.212-2, 52.212-3, FAR 52.212-4, FAR 52.212-5, FAR 52.252-2, and DFAR 252.212-7003.
