- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Synopsis: This combined synopsis/ solicitation number is W91ZLK-13-T-0176. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-67). This requirement is for 100% Total Small Business set aside NAICS code 811310. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order. Description of Requirement: The intent of this contract is to perform: (1)Maintenance and repair(if necessary) of Cincinnati Brake & Shear (2)Maintenance, inspection and repair (if necessary)of Strippit LVD Press Brakes as stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS)included in this solicitation.(See Performance Work Statement (PWS)) for additional information. NOTES to Offerors: The combined synopsis solicitation shall be used as the format for submissions, with signature on page one (1) block 30. * All offeror's shall fill-out Unit prices and Net amounts for item numbers 0001 to 2005. * All Questions are to be submitted via e-mail to rex.m.valdez2.civ@mail.mil no later than 03 July 2013 at the close of business 3:30 PM Eastern Standard Time. Questions must include the solicitation number and the word question in the subject line (i.e. quote mark W91ZLK-13-T-0176 question quote mark ).A response will be posted promptly. No questions shall be addressed after the stated date and time nor will be answered via telephone. The Government reserves the right to cancel the referenced solicitation if deemed to be in its best interest.
