- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. RESPONSES SHOULD INCLUDE A COPY OF YOUR COMMERCIAL PRICELIST OR PRICE SUPPORT ALONG WITH YOUR COMPANY'S CAGE CODE, TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION NUMBER, AND DUNS NUMBER. Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Number W9124P-13-T-0132 is set aside 100% for small business and is being issued as a request for quote using simplified acquisition procedures authorized by FAR Part 13. The corresponding NAICS code for this procurement is 335312, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The Army Contracting Command-Redstone is soliciting a quote BRAND NAME OR EQUAL for the purchase of: One (1) each: Hobart, 90SX200, 400 Hz frequency converter to supply shore power to all Sentinel radars operating at Building 6100, the Radar Operations Facility. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-67. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be issued on Standard Form 1449 and will contain all clauses required by law, the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) as appropriate for the dollar value of the award.
