- Notice of Intent Special Notice White Sands Missile Range Contracting Office, WSMR NM intends to award a Sole Source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Services may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of follow-on contracts for the continued provision of highly specialized services when it is likely that award to any other source would result in--(A) Substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition, or (B) Unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. The contractor will provide an evaluation, calibration and repair services for the Fluke/DHI, model RPM4ADA160KA and return the device to its original manufactured performance specifications. Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Fluke Electronics,6920 Seaway Blvd, Everett, WA 98203-5829 for the repair of the Fluke/DHI, model RPM4ADA160KA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 334519, with a size standard of 500 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation package will be issued. However, responses received by 10 AM MST Monday July 01, 2013 will be considered by the Government. However, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements must give written notice to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
