- This Presolicitation is Canceled. This Project consists of constructing a new Supervisor's Office with new utility service connections and a new asphalt aggregate parking area. The new Supervisor's Office is located on Forest Service owned property (Krassel Yard). 1. Demolition Work includes the following: Pulverizing and stockpiling the existing asphalt road and parking areas. The material shall be reused as road base on the project. Removing designated signs and culverts Demolition and removal of existing dumpster enclosure. 2. New Construction work includes the following: Construct a new 13,445 Square foot Payette Supervisor's Office, including the following amenities The Building project shall meet the Green Building Initiative standards of a minimum of 2 Green Globes. The building shall be built as directed in the drawings and specifications. Reconstruction of portions of the entrance and all loop roads, including the installation of new aggregate and asphalt roads and parking areas, culverts and signs, landscape materials, plantings, seeding, irrigation system, site furniture, dumpster pads, concrete sidewalks, chain link security fence, and other work as described in the plans and specifications. Installing new water, sewer, and electrical utility connections including water lines/laterals, fire hydrant, water meter, pressure reducing valves, back flow prevention device, curb valve and boxes, concrete manhole, and modifications to the existing system. The Magnitude of this project is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 The solicitation will be available on FBO on or around 13 June 2013.
