- Special Operations Forces 2020 Global SOF Network Request for Information SITEC II United States Special Operations Command is postruing for follow-on contracts for the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contracts (SITEC). This notice is requesting information from Information Technology companies to assist with development of acquisition strategies for the follow-on SITEC II contracts.
