- Action Code: Pre-solicitation Notice NAICS code: 334118 Classification: 70 Subject: Information Technology Acquisition Program (ITAP) also known as PITO Solicitation Number: J-FBI-PITO2013 Set-Aside Code: Full & Open, Small Business Set-Aside Small Business Size Standard: 1,000 employees Description: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Information Technology Services Division (ITSD), Work Space Support Unit (WSU) has a requirement to purchase and replace information technology equipment for deployment in the FBI Headquarters and its Field Offices. This requirement will allow all FBI organizations to obtain standard non-mainframe IT Hardware and enable ITSD to identify, schedule, and refresh operational IT hardware to avoid obsolescence. The PITO program will establish a potential multiple awards Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract(s) for the following IT Hardware categories: desktops, laptops, print media, servers, storage area networks. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334118, with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Contract duration is one 12 month base year and four 12 month option years. Anticipated IDIQ value is $450M. Place of performance is the FBI Headquarters and its 56 field offices located throughout the CONUS. The approximate proposal due date is August 9th, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). Solicitation documents will be available o/a July 3rd, 2013 by download from the Internet only.
