- PROJECT NAME: REMODEL CONSTRUCTION ON AN EXISTING PRE-MANUFACTURED METAL BUILDING (CUBA OIL HOUSE) IN CUBA NEW MEXICO. The bidder is responsible to monitor and download any amendments from FedBizOpps that may be issued for this solicitation. Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment and supervision in strict accordance with applicable Forest Service standards, specifications and procedures to completely prepare site for work to include general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems as necessary and or removal of existing structures and construction and certain other items. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, training, installation documentation and transportation necessary. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps. The project magnitude range is $25,000 to $100, 000.00. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 236118; size standard $33 Million applies. Time for completion is Forty Five (90) days after Notice to Proceed. There may be a pre-construction conference held for this project, and if so, all prospective bidders are HIGHLY encouraged to attend. Details of any pre-construction conference will be included in the solicitation package. There will be bid bond, performance bond and payment bond required for this project. All prospective contractors must be visible, registered and validated on the System for Award Management, (SAM), formerly CCR website, https://www.sam.gov. All contractors must have a DUNS number the time bids are due to be considered for award. To complete Representations and Certifications you may now go online at https://www.sam.gov to complete representation and certification. You must acknowledge all amendments for this solicitation, failure to meet these requirements will be grounds for being deemed non-responsive.
