- Description
- The Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) proposes to negotiate an award for items peculiar to one manufacturer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-67, effective June 21, 2013. This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside concern. The applicable NAICS code is 541519. The size standard for this NAICS code is $25.5M. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: (Reference Attachment 1 - List of Items) CONTRACT TYPE: The requirement will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 06/30/2013 - 06/29/2014. This acquisition is pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition.
