- This solicitation (SPE4A6-13-Q-5915) will be issued as a firm fixed price type contract for a quantity of 2,865. This solicitation is a Unrestricted other than full and open competition. This is a commercial off the shelf item (COTS). Item is DLA Direct (stock). FOB: Destination; Inspection/ Acceptance: Destination. Delivery: 146 days ARO. PPIRS applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) quotations are not acceptable for this requirement. You must complete and return the entire solicitation package in order to be considered. A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DIBBS system on June 26, 2013 via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP.
