- PR 0047849197. This solicitation will contain NSN 5855-01-433-3197, Electronic Unit, Inf. Request for Proposal SPE4A6-13-R-1340, is for a Firm Fixed Price, Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 11 each. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. The requested delivery will be 170 DARO based on PLT estimate. Approved source is CAGE 0CDN3, P/N 2012-0518-03-1. NSN is not a Critical Safety Item per SAP review June 26, 2013. NSN is not a commercial item. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance.
