- Description
- The U. S. Coast Guard Shore Infrastructure Logistic Center (SILC) is procuring Housing Maintenance Services at U.S. Coast Guard Training Center (TRACEN) in Cape May, NJ. This requirement will be a Competitive 8(a) set-aside. The total contract value is estimated between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to perform Housing Maintenance Services at U.S. Coast Guard TRACEN Cape May, NJ. The Government will award a contract for this request for proposal to the responsible offeror whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The anticipated contract award date is August 22, 2013 with the period of performance for the base period beginning on or about 1 October 2013 through 30 September 2014, with four one-year option periods (1 October 2014 through 30 September 2018). The NAICS Code is 561210 (Facilities Support Services) and the size standard is $35.5M. The Request for Proposal (RFP) HSCG84-13-R-AA1425 will be available on or about 26 June 2013; with offers due by 5 P.M. EDST on 25 July 2013. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed.
