- Performance Work Statement Solicitation for Tarawa Terrace Protestant Chapel Worship Leader This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M67001-13-T-1040 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-67 dated 21 Jun 2013 and DPN 20130617 dated 17 Jun 2013. This solicitation is SETASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The associated NAICS code is 813110. The size standard is $7.0 Million annually. (See Attachments: Solicitation and Performance Work Statement). Resumes and quotes should be on separate documents. Quote must also contain price quote for option year. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. The Government will award the contract to the quoter who represents the best value to the government. The evaluation factors that will be used to determine award will be past performance in relevant positions, Experience, Degree(s) held, and Price.
